1. Prepare BOQ of Sites From the Drawings

2. Prepare BBS of Site from the Construction drawing

3. Calculate Material required for site execution plan

4. Prepare Work Order for the Subcontractor to sublet work at the site

5. Assist site to raise demand and verify site demand to process

6. Prepare House IPC’s monthly to monitor the work done.

7. Prepare and verify Departmental IPC’s for timely payment.

8. Prepare Subcontractor IPC’s by Verifying work done at the site.

9. Arrange Subcontractors to sublet work.

10. Assist manager with Cost estimation for tender preparation.

11. Prepare FE of Additional activities done at the site other than BOQ items.

12. Visit Sites for verifying the work done by the sub-contractor and check the quality of work.

13. Prepare Material reconciliation of sites for material usage verification.

14. Prepare Project profit/loss data after every month closing.

15. Prepare shop drawings for submission to the department.
