 Job Description

• Complete coordination with architecture

• Draw a time line of company project & monitor its implementation

• Coordination with all approval authorities

• Ensuring construction quality at the site

• Ensure timely demand of construction materials

• Ensure completion of project within the budget

• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions

• Prepares & present weekly project report and summarizing information with management .

This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this project

Qualifications & Experience

• Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline required

•10+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required
