Chiller Technical Manager

Haier Pakistan, a global leader in innovation and consumer electronics, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chiller Technical Manager (CAC) to join its team at the Lahore Head Office. This is a senior-level position aimed at professionals with a strong technical and sales background in commercial air conditioning (CAC) systems, particularly chillers.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in chiller sales, with the ability to manage key client relationships, provide technical insights, lead pre-sales and after-sales support, and contribute to the strategic growth of the HVAC division. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and commercial activities related to chiller sales and support

• Engage with clients for solution design, proposal preparation, and technical presentations

• Collaborate with internal engineering, R&D, and service teams for seamless project execution

• Ensure pre- and post-sales technical support to clients and distributors

• Monitor market trends and develop strategies to grow CAC product sales

• Train and mentor junior technical staff as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: BE / BSc / MSc in Engineering (Mechanical / HVAC preferred)

• Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in chiller sales within HVAC or relevant engineering sectors

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, chiller configurations, installation, and commissioning

• Excellent communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills
