As Director / CTO, you will drive the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. You will oversee system architecture, software development, IT operations, infrastructure, and security – building scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can champion innovation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and create a high-performance engineering culture.

You will work closely with senior leadership to influence corporate strategy, assess emerging technologies, and spearhead the adoption of best-in-class tools and practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives

• Provide visionary leadership to development, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT support teams

• Oversee architecture design, software development lifecycle, and enterprise IT governance

• Drive technological innovation, process automation, and digital transformation across the organization

• Build and mentor high-performing technical teams; promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and growth planning

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in technology leadership roles

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing enterprise-level technology strategies

• Proven expertise in software architecture, product engineering, cloud computing, and cybersecurity

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to inspire, lead, and develop technical teams in a dynamic environment

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving technical and organizational challenges

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
