Description:

– Oversee overall operations (IT, Market Operations and Clearing and Settlement) of the Exchange including designing and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures;
-Evaluate and manage the principal risks of the Exchange’s business within operations and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision;
-Ensure that information security controls are adequately placed;
-Ensure that Business Continuity Plans are updated;
-Ensure that business systems are developed in line with business objectives;
-Ensure that IT Strategies are in line with business objectivity and meeting long term and short term business plans;
-Oversee development and revision of financial budgets;
-Evaluate and negotiate major purchases and contracts;
-Oversee the implementation of human resource policies, procedures and practices including the development of jobs description of all staff in consultation with management team;
-Establish comprehensive performance evaluation process for staff in consultation with team management team.
-Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes.
-Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes.
