Description:
We are launching a premium accessories brand and are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take the reins and build this company from the ground up. The brand is currently in stealth mode, but our ambition is bold — to disrupt the market with exceptional products and a distinctive brand voice.
This is a foundational leadership role. You won’t just be managing — you’ll be creating, structuring, scaling, and steering the entire business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the Brand DNA: Develop a clear and powerful brand image, tone, and market positioning.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage all daily operations from launch to scale — logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and more.
- Team Building: Hire, train, and lead all key personnel across marketing, product development, customer service, and fulfillment.
- Growth & Revenue Strategy: Define and execute quarterly and yearly targets. Create revenue models and optimize unit economics.
- Business Planning: Create and present comprehensive short-term and long-term business strategies, including expansion plans and funding roadmaps.
- Digital & Retail Presence: Work with branding and creative teams to roll out the online store, social channels, and eventual retail pop-ups or placements.
- End-to-End Ownership: From product sourcing to customer satisfaction — you’ll be responsible for the entire value chain.
- Regular Reporting: Keep the founder informed with reports, forecasts, and milestone tracking.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–10+ years of experience in operations, brand management, or startup leadership roles (preferably in fashion, DTC, or lifestyle sectors)
- Proven experience in building brands from scratch or scaling early-stage startups
- Sharp eye for branding, aesthetics, and customer psychology
- Excellent understanding of supply chain, e-commerce platforms (like Shopify), and team structuring
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and a founder’s mindset
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Bonus: Experience in accessories, fashion, or luxury sectors
