Chief Growth Officer

Description:

As Chief Growth Officer, you’ll own Owlvest’s growth strategy end-to-end. You’ll lead global marketing, partnerships, sales funnels, and investor relations. You’ll have the authority and tools to execute high-impact campaigns, open international markets, and build relationships that directly drive investment volume on our platform.

You’ll be part of the founding core, working alongside the CEO and COO, with handsome equity in the company and direct influence over its future direction.

What You’ll Do

Craft and execute a global growth strategy that positions Owlvest as a leader in Web2.5 investing

Build and manage investor pipelines, from angels to VCs

Lead brand development, marketing campaigns, and media presence

Secure strategic partnerships with startups, accelerators, and global investment networks

Optimize acquisition funnels for both investors and startups

Manage and expand community growth through both Web2 and Web3 channels

Leverage tools and analytics to track KPIs, measure ROI, and refine campaigns in real time

Represent Owlvest at global startup events, pitch competitions, and media opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Experience scaling startups to multi-million-dollar ARR or managing significant growth campaigns

Proven track record in marketing, business development, and investor relations

Strong network in the startup and investment ecosystem (bonus if global)

Ability to think big-picture while executing at speed

Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment with ownership and autonomy

Understanding of blockchain, token economics, and fintech trends
