Chief Financial Officer

Description:

Chief Financial Officer equired who will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

· Create and present financial strategy recommendations to CEO

· Support the financial planning and analysis efforts

· Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits

· Prepare financial statements and reports

· Lead the implementation of the new ERP

· Assist the management in reorganization and reforms

· Ensure legal compliance with all financial functions

Qualifications

· Strong finance-based analytical skills

· 7 - 10 years of finance experience, preferably prior experience with a manufacturing firm

· Fully proficient in taxation laws of Pakistan

· Highly proficient in treasury and banking matters

· CA Qualified from ICAP or ICMAPI
