We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive financial strategies and performance in alignment with the company’s vision.⁣

Develop and execute the financial strategy of the Group in alignment with corporate objectives.⁣
⁣
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all business units.⁣
⁣
Manage corporate financing, banking relationships, investments, and capital structuring.⁣
⁣
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.⁣
⁣
Lead risk management, internal controls, and audit processes.⁣
⁣
Provide strategic guidance to the Board and senior management on growth, profitability, and investment opportunities.⁣

Build and mentor a high performing accounting and finance team.⁣
⁣

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:⁣

Chartered Accountant from ICAP, ACCA, or a similar globally recognized qualification.⁣
⁣
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝟏𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞.⁣
