ISMMART Estates and Builders (Pvt.) Ltd – Pakistan Chapter is seeking a highly accomplished and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term fiscal sustainability. The CFO will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic alignment with the Group’s overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial management, strategic planning, and corporate budgeting.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal audit functions.
• Develop investment and capital allocation strategies to optimize business performance.
• Drive financial forecasting, performance analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Ensure adherence to SECP regulations, IFRS standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Manage investor relations and liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Supervise treasury operations, risk management, and cost-control mechanisms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 18–25 years of progressive experience in financial management, including at least

5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

• Proven expertise in IFRS, taxation, compliance, and financial risk management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
