Key Responsibilities

· Shape and execute financial strategy aligned with bold growth ambitions.

· Advise the Board and CEO on investments, market expansion, and capital allocation.

· Champion ROI-focused decision-making at every business level.

· Ensure 100% compliance with Pakistan tax laws, corporate regulations, and IFRS/local GAAP.

· Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax planning with precision and timeliness.

· Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategies that fuel growth.

· Deliver sharp commercial insights on market trends, pricing, and profitability.

· Strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

· Identify and evaluate high-potential investments, partnerships, and ventures.

· Collaborate with commercial, sales, and operations to boost bottom-line performance.

· Implement KPI-driven dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.

· Build and mentor a high-impact finance team ready for rapid growth.

· Harness ERP and BI tools to enable smarter, faster decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

· ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA, or equivalent; MBA (Finance) preferred.

· 8–10 years’ senior finance leadership experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail.

· Mastery of Pakistan tax laws, compliance, and financial reporting.

· Proven success in strategic planning, commercial analysis, and risk management.

· Strong technology and analytics orientation, with ERP and BI tool expertise.
