ISMMART Estates and Builders (Pvt.) Ltd, Pakistan Chapter, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining the company’s long-term direction, driving sustainable growth, and maximizing shareholder value. The CEO will oversee all real estate business operations within Pakistan, ensuring alignment with ISMMART Group’s global objectives and adherence to international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and growth targets.
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction across the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable profitability.
• Represent ISMMART Estates in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.
• Champion innovation, digital transformation, and a culture of accountability and performance.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, policies, and long-term investment strategies.
• Mentor and lead the senior management team to enhance operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 15–20 years of senior executive experience, including at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent leadership role within a reputable real estate or corporate group.
• Demonstrated success in strategic management, corporate governance, and business expansion.
• Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and crisis management abilities.
