Chief Business Officer (head Of Marketing, Bd, & Css)

Description:

-Responsible for overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing, Business Development and Customer Relationship activities
-Responsible for developing, planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and marketing plans
-Develop Financial Projections, Budgets and Plans for the Exchange in coordination with CFO
-Direct and oversees all aspects of the department policies, objectives and initiatives
-Oversee branch operations to ensure maximum utilization of resources
-Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes it’s short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder return
-Liaise with other Head of Departments on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans
-Develop international relationships & liaise with exiting international partnerships
-Responsible to be the official media spokesperson for the Exchange
-Any other task assigned by the Managing Director.
