1. Chemical Regulatory & Documentation

• Sanitize and Review Documents: Carefully examine and refine Chemical Products documents (like SDS, COA, etc.) to ensure absolute accuracy and clarity before they are approved for use.
• Approval Process: Officially review and approve finalized chemical products documentation, confirming it meets all company and regulatory standards.
• Compliance Checks: Ensure all chemical products documentation complies with relevant local, state, and federal chemical safety and regulatory requirements.

2. Document Control Management

• Department Oversight: Manage and maintain the Document Control Department, ensuring all documents are stored, tracked, and easily retrievable.
• Inquiry Handling: Be the primary contact for internal and external inquiries related to chemical product documentation and its control, providing clear, accurate, and timely information.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a chemical, regulatory, or documentation-focused environment, and the Candidate should be Chemical Engineering.
• Language: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
