As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing chemical dosing, process optimization, machinery troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, control, and optimize the textile bleaching processes, including chemical dosing, batch testing, and softener regeneration

• Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting process machinery and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations

• Enforce strict compliance with environmental regulations, chemical consumption standards, and internal safety protocols

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production and process data to identify trends and drive improvements

• Prepare and present technical performance reports to management and participate in strategy discussions for operational enhancements

• Support R&D initiatives by contributing to process improvement research and testing of new chemicals or techniques

• Participate in technical training programs to stay up-to-date with industry innovations, especially in textile bleaching and chemical application technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the textile industry, ideally in bleaching or wet processing

• Good understanding of chemical process equipment, industrial safety standards, and textile chemistry

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and use of process monitoring tools

• Knowledge of environmental compliance and energy-efficient process practices is a plus
