✔ Graduation / Master’s degree
✔ 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Chat Support
✔ Exposure to IT hardware & e-commerce industry preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide fast, accurate, and professional chat support
• Handle customer queries related to products, orders & basic technical issues
• Assist customers with IT hardware & e-commerce product information
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective coordination
