Location: Karachi
Shift Timings: Morning & Night Shift
Qualification: Intermediate/ A levels with excellent English communication & written skills
Experience: 1-2 years in customer support (chat/email preferred)


Job Specifications and Duties:
• Handle customer queries via chat and email with clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure high-quality written communication and timely responses.
• Understand nuanced content and follow complex guidelines effectively.
• Stay detail-oriented and focused on repetitive tasks.
• Assist with non-voice support, content review, and annotations as needed.

Skills Required:
• Strong proficiency in written English with correct grammar.
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
