Chartered University Coordinator

Description:

Roots Ivy International School is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated PU / Chartered University Coordinator to manage and strengthen institutional coordination with Punjab University and Chartered Universities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, campus engagement, and effective collaboration between academic stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between Roots Ivy and Punjab University / Chartered Universities to ensure seamless communication and operations
• Conduct regular university visits for follow-ups, coordination, and relationship management
• Liaise with students and faculty for academic and administrative coordination
• Support and participate in campus trainings and development programs
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and management
• Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and institutional requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in academic coordination, university liaison, or institutional management will be preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
