📍 Location: Lahore | 🏢 On-site | Full-time – Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

ReZAM Healthcare & Management is looking for 2 MBBS doctors to join our Chronic Care Management (CCM) team.
This is an office-based role where you will work with U.S.-based healthcare providers, supporting patients with chronic illnesses and ensuring their ongoing care.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct regular follow-ups with chronic care patients (U.S. protocols)
✅ Update & maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR)
✅ Coordinate with U.S. physicians & care teams
✅ Educate patients on lifestyle & treatment adherence
✅ Ensure documentation accuracy & HIPAA compliance

📌 Requirements:
• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication (verbal & written)
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail & documentation skills
• Prior experience in CCM or U.S. healthcare is a plus
