The ideal candidate will be skilled in public dealing, client relationship management, and leading catering teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Plan, organize, and manage catering events end-to-end
✨ Build and maintain excellent client relationships
✨ Handle public interactions with professionalism and confidence
✨ Lead, train, and supervise service & kitchen staff
✨ Control budgets, costs, and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Requirements:
✅ 5–10 years of experience in catering/hospitality management
✅ Strong leadership, customer service & public dealing skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple events under pressure
✅ Excellent communication & organizational skills
✅ Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required
