Description:
Account Management (Not Finance)
- Manage assigned key brand accounts and act as the primary point of contact
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and brand teams
- Ensure agreed commercial terms, JBPs, and promotions are executed properly
Sales & Business Growth
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and sell-through of assigned brands
- Work with internal teams to improve sales, visibility, and category performance
- Support category managers in achieving monthly and annual targets
Promotions & Marketing Coordination
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and visibility initiatives in coordination with brands
- Coordinate marketing activities such as digital campaigns, influencer activations, and in-store visibility where applicable
- Ensure timely availability of marketing budgets, FOC products, and brand assets
Commercial & Financial Coordination
- Assist in negotiating commercials, margins, rebates, and marketing contributions
- Track monthly marketing spends, deductions, and brand contributions
- Ensure timely invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups with finance and brands
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure stock availability
- Track launches of new SKUs and ensure accurate listing and execution
- Resolve operational issues related to pricing, stock, promotions, or visibility
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports for management and brands
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and issues
- Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders
