ByzSol is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Catalog Specialist to oversee Amazon catalog operations and ensure smooth listing management, compliance, and account health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, resolving operational issues, managing reimbursements, and optimizing catalog performance to drive sales and protect brand presence.

This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and strong problem-solving skills in managing listing, inventory, and account-related challenges.

• • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon
  • Handle catalog uploads using flat files, bulk updates, and CLR tools
  • Monitor listing health, suppressions, and compliance issues
  • Process reimbursements for shipment discrepancies, lost, or damaged inventory
  • Resolve hazmat, buybox, and category-related issues
  • Manage brand registry tasks and protect listings from hijackers
  • Merge duplicate listings and reviews
  • Coordinate with support teams to maintain accurate inventory and performance
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of catalog activities
  • 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
  • Strong knowledge of catalog management and listing optimization
  • Hands-on experience with flat files, bulk uploads, and CLR
  • Understanding of reimbursement processes and account health metrics
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Must be Multan-based and available for onsite work
