Pakistan Oxygen Limited is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its team as CAM Supervisors in multiple locations including Karachi, Lahore, and Taxila. As a CAM Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Customer Asset Management (CAM) operations, ensuring optimal performance, asset tracking, customer servicing, and inventory control. Your role will involve close coordination with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and operations, as well as direct communication with clients to ensure efficient asset movement and reporting.
Key responsibilities may include:
Supervising the movement and maintenance of company-owned assets (such as cylinders and equipment) at customer locations
Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for CAM-related activities
Monitoring inventory levels, asset return compliance, and handling customer queries
Coordinating with the sales and distribution teams to support smooth operations
Assisting in developing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Upholding safety, regulatory compliance, and service quality standards
This role is ideal for individuals with a proactive mindset, strong communication and coordination skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer-facing operations.
Education: BBA or MBA from a reputable university
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a relevant operational, customer service, or supply chain/logistics support role
