CALLING TEAM / CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

Key Responsibilities

  • No sales targets – focus on building relationships and maintaining quality service
  • Actively seek out new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
  • Effectively close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve calling queries efficiently
  • Coordinate with the technical department to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Intermediate / Graduation / BBA / MBA
  • Experience or fresh candidates may also apply
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English
