Calling Agents

Description:

We are hiring Calling Agents for our night shift team in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional phone presence, and a passion for engaging with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to present Animaker’s offerings
• Handle inbound queries professionally and efficiently
• Follow up on prospects and ensure timely responses
• Document customer interactions in CRM software accurately
• Follow call scripts and company procedures to maintain quality standards
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries when needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and experience with call center tools is a plus
• Prior experience in a BPO or calling role preferred but not required
• High school diploma or above
