Calling Agent

Description:

Looking for Female Calling Agents to work with an international client.

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international clients/customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the team to improve call quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fresh to 2 years of experience in international calling, telemarketing, or customer support is an advantage.
