Onsite – Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi | Full-Time

EZA Tech is seeking a motivated and confident Calling Agent with excellent English communication skills and experience in sales and client onboarding. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our services, and managing the onboarding process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients

Present EZA Tech’s services in a professional and engaging manner

Convert prospects into customers through effective communication

Assist new clients during the onboarding process

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Meet and exceed weekly performance goals

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or client onboarding

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Professional phone manner and confidence under pressure

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience with CRM tools is a plus
