Calling Agent

 

Description:

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Calling Agent located in Lahore. The Calling Agent will be responsible for onboarding new clients handling outbound calls, providing information about our services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The agent will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, participating in team meetings, and contributing to the overall success of the customer support team.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent sales development skills
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Customer service skills and conflict resolution
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer support or call centers is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
