Calling Agent

Description:

AZ Print Packages is looking for an experienced Calling Agent to work on the USA market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to generate leads through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects using provided data.
• Introduce company services and engage potential clients professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups where required.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead information.
• Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Previous experience as a cold caller for the USA market.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Familiarity with US business culture and calling practices.
• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
