Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our Construction Estimation Campaign. You will be the first point of contact for US-based construction businesses, generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for our estimation team. If you have a passion for sales and an interest in the construction industry, this role is for you!

• ✅ Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to construction companies, contractors, and project managers in the USA.
  • Introduce our specialized construction estimation services and identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on project needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the senior estimation team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.

   

  🔧 Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales.
  • Experience in the construction/estimation industry is a strong plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a confident phone presence.
