Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Call Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or programs
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
  • Document and track all interactions in the company CRM system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy during calls

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (U.S. accent preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
