Responsibilities
Manage Large Amounts Of Inbound & Outbound Calls in a Timely Manner
Build Sustainable Relationship & Engage Customers By Taking The Extra Mile
Keep Records of All Conversations in our Call Centre Database in a Comprehendle Way
Follow Communication" Scripts "When Handling Different Topics
Meet Person/Team Qualitative & Quantitative Targets
Identify Customers Need, Clerify Information, Research Every Issue & Provide Solutions & or Alternatives
Business Concept
To handle a minimum call per shift as per their approved score card, depending upon the floor situation
To increase the IVR utilization of the unit tying into all unit goals
To meet all the service standards / indicators of 100% courtesy & accuracy
To complete any post call processing necessary to resolve client queries or problems
To achieve standards already established for call handling
