This role is designed for skilled closers, super agents, or team players who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

The position demands excellent communication and persuasive skills to convert leads into successful sales while working efficiently as part of a collaborative team. Candidates with prior experience in call center sales or telemarketing are preferred, especially those familiar with working in team environments.

The role operates exclusively during night shifts, offering a starting base salary of 50,000 PKR with the added opportunity to earn uncapped commission, allowing high performers to significantly increase their income based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert leads from the DV Campaign through effective communication and sales techniques.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Demonstrate strong closing skills, turning prospects into confirmed sales.

• Maintain consistent performance and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.
