We are hiring fluent/native Arabic-speaking Call Center Agents to join our team in Lahore for a UAE-based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain proper call records and documentation
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements

  • Fluent or Native-level Arabic (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a 12-hour shift (9 AM – 9 PM)
  • Prior call center experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
