Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Lahore. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support, providing excellent customer service, managing communication through various channels, and ensuring efficiency in the contact center. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
