Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive (B2C & B2B) to join our growing Telecom Campaign team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling telecom products and services directly to consumers, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell telecom products and services (mobile plans, SIMs, home internet packages, etc.) directly to individual consumers (B2B & B2C).
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored telecom solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation and delivery of telecom services.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification, Intermediate.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree will be preferred
• 6 months or 1 year of experience.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
