Call Center Sales Representative

Description:

We’re looking for a highly skilled call center Sales Representative to join our team, managing a large volume of Outbound Sales calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, will handle a variety of important supportive tasks, researching and selling IT services on calls to USA and international clients. Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Objectives of this role

• Good English Speaking skills
• Sales skills to convince client buying our IT services
• Handle a large volume of Outbound calls every day
• Search clients online for USA, UK market (yellow-pages, online portals etc)
• Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, including follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately
• Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of the company’s existing product suite, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate
• Leverage data and insights gathered by the call center to recommend and influence process improvements

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum High school Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience working in a call center or customer-support role
• Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
• Proficiency in closing deal on call
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
