Call Center Representative

Description:

We are looking for FRESH and Experienced Call Center Representatives for Evening shift. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Responsibilities

· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Requirements

· Good phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Shift Timings (Full Time)

2pm to 10pm

Salary Package (Full time)

30000/- basic Salary + bonuses and commissions if any sales are made by the candidate.
