Softbit Digitals is a U.S based firm providing Digital Marketing Services.

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives/Call Agents with American Accent who would entertain the clients over phone calls and ensure the generation of sales through them.

This is a part-time job opportunity leading to full-time employment.

Shift: Evening-Night (Depends on U.S time)

Office Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi.

Job Description:

1. Receiving incoming calls.
2. Outbound calls to interested clients.
3. Reporting of calls on CRM software.
4. Managing daily tasks.
5. Responding to Emails.
6. Responding to messages on WhatsApp.
7. Creating growth strategies.

This job includes multi-tasking and long-term commitment.

Sales commissions will also be provided apart from the Basic Salary.
