Job Responsibility:

 

·      The Call Center Representative will be responsible to manage and take calls in a professional and confident manner.

·      Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

·      Identify the customer needs on call

 

Job Requirements:

 

·      Experience: 1 to 2 years having minimum education Intermediate or Graduation

·      Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.

·      Must have basic computer knowledge.
