Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, managing complaints, and offering solutions to customer problems. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and adhering to company policies and procedures.
