At Helpp, we are looking for an energetic and dedicated candidates who can become a part of our contact center.

Responsibilities

  • Converting inbound leads by answering telephone calls, whatsapp or online customer touchpoints and convert them to confirmed orders.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Managing social media responses for online campaigns and ads.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

 

Requirements

  • Fleuncy in English speaking skills.
  • 2+ years' experience in relevant industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Female candidates will be preferred
