QMCC is hiring a Call Center Representative to work remotely from 7 PM to 3 AM. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who can handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow communication scripts to handle various topics.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Identify upsell opportunities when applicable.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by exceeding expectations.
- Accurately record all customer interactions in the call center database.
- Participate in educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Consistently meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Strong performance history and the ability to exceed targets.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong customer focus and adaptability to various personality types.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
