Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Source and analyze candidate data from various job portals to match client requirements.
  • Identify job vacancies across the UK, approach managers for sales, and become their preferred supplier.
  • Reach out to potential candidates through multiple communication channels to convey job details.
  • Utilize networking, business development, and marketing techniques to confirm vacancies and sales.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, and create detailed information sheets using Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.

 

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • The required candidate must be able to speak English with the highest proficiency and preferably with a British or USA accent.
  • The required candidate must have at least 6 months experience in a call center.
