Key Responsibilities:

•Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

•Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a courteous and empathetic manner.

•Follow established processes and guidelines to assist callers with their inquiries and concerns.

•Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our system.

•Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and objectives.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

•Proven work experience in a call center environment.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems.

•Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage stress effectively.

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
