Call Center Representative

 

Description:

eSpark Consulting Group is currently seeking for experienced sales representative to join our marketing team responsible for selling products and services to customers and clients. The job is based on finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users.

Experience: Fresh – 6 months

Qualifications: Intermediate/ bachelor's degree in business, IT, Marketing, communications or related field.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM Systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
