Call Center Representative

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries regarding our educational programs, admissions process, course offerings, and other related services.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to our learning platform and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process and explain the benefits of our educational programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared with callers.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and follow up on pending issues promptly.

 

Requirements:

·        Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·        Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.

·        Strong communication skills

·        Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.

·        Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards handling customer inquiries and challenges.

·        Proficiency in using basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new software systems.
