Call Center Executive

Optimize BPO and IT Services (Pvt) Ltd. is currently seeking confident and articulate Call Center Executives to join its growing night shift team based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the BPO industry, particularly in the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) sector, and demonstrate excellent spoken English skills.

This role involves outbound/inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced, professional environment. Candidates who are driven, reliable, and customer-focused will find great growth opportunities here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for client campaigns, especially in the DME sector.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt issue resolution.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Update CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to meet process improvement goals.

• Provide excellent after-call follow-ups and handle client objections tactfully.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Prior BPO experience is essential; candidates with DME industry experience will be given preference.

• Must be comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
