Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing quality customer support and service to our clients. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, addressing customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service or a related field
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer support skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field
