Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Associate at RSF Soft in Lahore. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for computer literacy, communication, customer experience, customer service, and contact center duties on a day-to-day basis.

  • Experience working in Contact Centers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
